You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Rhode Island. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value Horticulture Schools in Rhode Island For Those Making $0-$30k list. URI is a fairly large school located in Kingston, Rhode Island that handed out 14 ’s horticulture degrees in 2019-2020.
