In 2017-2018, urban and regional planning graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $48,040 and had an average of $39,156 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 224 urban and regional planning graduates with average earnings and debt of $50,575 and $34,632 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 140 urban and regional planning graduates with average earnings and debt of $58,606 and $42,101 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent urban and regional planning programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
