Construction Management is the 153rd most popular major in the country with 3,473 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, construction management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $62,233 and had an average of $25,516 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 1,013 construction management graduates with average earnings and debt of $59,040 and $24,794 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 829 construction management graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,277 and $25,415 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Construction Management Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking analyzed 15 colleges that offered a degree in construction management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality construction management programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
