In 2019-2020, 57,893 people earned their degree in finance and financial management, making the major the 14th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, finance and financial management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $51,578 and had an average of $26,517 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Rocky Mountains region, there were 1,561 finance and financial management graduates with average earnings and debt of $54,360 and $28,867 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,286 finance and financial management graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,111 and $23,874 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value Finance Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Rocky Mountains Region For Those Making $0-$30k” ranking, we looked at 19 colleges that offer a degree in finance and financial management. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent finance and financial management programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
