Human Resource Management is the 43rd most popular major in the country with 26,616 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,242 and had an average of $34,825 in loans still to pay off.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,066 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value HR Schools for an Associate For Those Making $30-$48k” ranking looked at 80 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in human resource management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality human resource management programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
When determining these rankings, we looked at things such as overall quality of the human resource management program at the school and the cost to attend the school once aid has been awarded. Check out our ranking methodology for more information.
