2022 Best Value HR Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region For Those Getting Aid

In 2019-2020, 26,616 people earned their degree in human resource management, making the major the 43rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, human resource management graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $46,242 and had an average of $34,825 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 4,634 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $50,049 and $33,952 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 243 human resource management graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,733 and $16,201 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value HR Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking, we looked at 13 colleges that offer a degree in human resource management. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality human resource management programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as the cost to attend the school after aid is awarded and overall quality of the human resource management program at the school. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.
