In 2019-2020, 5,658 people earned their degree in real estate, making the major the 163rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, real estate graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $59,476 and had an average of $30,114 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,089 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $46,820 and $16,248 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 34 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,508 and $17,812 respectively.
