2022 Best Value Colleges for Information Science in Florida (With Aid)

In 2019-2020, 18,368 people earned their degree in information science, making the major the 56th most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, information science graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $58,848 and had an average of $32,600 in loans still to pay off.
Across Florida, there were 445 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $66,325 and $50,529 respectively.

Florida State also took the #4 spot in our “Best Information Science Schools in Florida” ranking. It costs about $9,789 for florida is students with aid per year to attend Florida State.
With a freshman retention rate of 95%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its students. The school has an impressive student loan default rate. It’s only 3.5%, which is much lower than the national rate of 10.1%.
