At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 10,693 information technology graduates with average earnings and debt of $56,398 and $43,194 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent information technology programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 830 diplomas to qualified masters’s IT students in 2019-2020.
WGU also took the #10 spot in our “Best Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools” ranking. Average graduate tuition and fees at WGU are $7,790, but some majors have different tuition rates.
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Johns Hopkins University. It ranked #3 on our 2022 Best Value IT Schools for a Master’s For Those Making $75-$110k list. Located in Baltimore, Maryland, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 72 diplomas to qualified masters’s IT students in 2019-2020.
Johns Hopkins did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our “Best Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools” list. Average graduate tuition and fees at Johns Hopkins are $59,425, but you may pay more or less depending on your major.

Out of the 133 schools in the Best Value IT Schools for a Master’s For Those Making $75-$110k that were part of this year’s ranking, Georgia Institute of Technology - Main Campus landed the #4 spot on the list. Georgia Tech is a public institution located in Atlanta, Georgia. The school has a large population, and it awarded 61 masters’s degrees in 2019-2020.
