2022 Best Value Associate Degree Colleges for Education in the Southeast Region (With Aid)

With 310,601 degrees handed out in 2019-2020, education is the 4th most popular major in the United States. In 2017-2018, education graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $43,887 and had an average of $30,244 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 72,154 education graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,150 and $31,712 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 3,383 education graduates with average earnings and debt of $31,631 and $18,547 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Education Schools for an Associate in the Southeast Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking analyzed 75 colleges that offered a degree in education. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent education programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
