With 310,601 degrees handed out in 2019-2020, education is the 4th most popular major in the United States. In 2017-2018, education graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $43,887 and had an average of $30,244 in loans still to pay off.
Across Florida, there were 11,210 education graduates with average earnings and debt of $43,542 and $35,516 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Education Schools in Florida For Those Getting Aid” ranking analyzed 47 colleges that offered a degree in education. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great education programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.
