You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Rochester Institute of Technology. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value Environmental Control Tech Schools for a Bachelor’s in New York For Those Making $0-$30k list. Located in Rochester, New York, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 10 degrees to qualified bachelors’s environmental control tech students in 2019-2020.
