Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent electrical engineering programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

It awarded 21 doctorate’s EE degrees in 2019-2020.

University of Colorado Boulder landed the #7 spot on the 2022 Best Value EE Schools for a Doctorate in the Rocky Mountains Region For Those Making $30-$48k ranking. CU - Boulder is a large public school situated in Boulder, Colorado. It awarded 17 doctorate’s EE degrees in 2019-2020.
