You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Rhode Island. The school came in at #1 for the Best Value EE Schools for a Master’s in Rhode Island For Those Making $30-$48k. Kingston, Rhode Island is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s EE degrees to 15 students in 2019-2020.
