In 2017-2018, electrical engineering graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $70,098 and had an average of $23,581 in loans still to pay off.
Across Minnesota, there were 340 electrical engineering graduates with average earnings and debt of $66,050 and $23,181 respectively.
For this year’s “Best Value EE Schools in Minnesota For Those Making $48-$75k” ranking, we looked at 5 colleges that offer a degree in electrical engineering. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent electrical engineering programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

Out of the 5 schools in the Best Value EE Schools in Minnesota For Those Making $48-$75k that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities landed the #1 spot on the list. University of Minnesota - Twin Cities is a large school located in Minneapolis, Minnesota that handed out 187 ’s EE degrees in 2019-2020.
