You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Hawaii at Manoa. It ranked #1 on our 2022 Best Value EE Schools in Hawaii For Those Getting Aid list. UH Manoa is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and, has a fairly large student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 81 ’s EE degrees to qualified students.
