California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Far Western US Region that are best for non-traditional environmental engineering students. Cal Poly San Luis Obispo is a very large public school located in the small suburb of San Luis Obispo. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo has also earned the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Environmental Engineering in the Far Western US Region ranking.
