University of Georgia is a large public school situated in Athens, Georgia. It awarded 13 doctorate’s engineering degrees in 2019-2020.

Tennessee Technological University is a public institution located in Cookeville, Tennessee. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 21 doctorate’s degrees in 2019-2020.
