Out of the 15 schools in the Best Value Engineering Schools for a Bachelor’s in the Southeast Region For Those Making $75-$110k that were part of this year’s ranking, University of North Carolina at Asheville landed the #2 spot on the list. UNCA is located in Asheville, North Carolina and, has a small student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 38 bachelors’s engineering degrees to qualified students.
