University of Pennsylvania ranked #7 on this year’s Best Value Engineering Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region For Those Getting Aid list. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this large private not-for-profit school handed out 295 diplomas to qualified masters’s engineering students in 2019-2020.
UPenn did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #6 on our “Best Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” list. Average graduate tuition and fees at UPenn are $41,760, but some majors have different tuition rates.

SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry landed the #8 spot on the 2022 Best Value Engineering Schools for a Master’s in the Middle Atlantic Region For Those Getting Aid ranking. SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry is a public institution located in Syracuse, New York. The school has a small population, and it awarded 16 masters’s degrees in 2019-2020.
