In 2019-2020, 5,820 people earned their degree in dietetics and clinical nutrition services, making the major the 133rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, dietetics and clinical nutrition services graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $33,082 and had an average of $28,428 in loans still to pay off.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 2,881 dietetics and clinical nutrition services graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.
