Across the Southwest region, there were 39,179 nursing graduates with average earnings and debt of $66,645 and $23,719 respectively. At the master’s degree level specifically, there were 5,999 nursing graduates with average earnings and debt of $53,078 and $37,227 respectively.

Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent nursing programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend The University of Texas at El Paso. The school came in at #3 for the Best Value Nursing Schools for a Master’s in the Southwest Region For Those Getting Aid. El Paso, Texas is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s nursing degrees to 171 students in 2019-2020.
