In 2019-2020, 934,088 health professions students received their degree, making the major the 2nd most popular in the country. In 2017-2018, health professions graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $44,506 and had an average of $32,284 in loans still to pay off.
Across Colorado, there were 16,216 health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $43,149 and $30,586 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 4,954 health professions graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,261 and $25,672 respectively.
