2022 Best Value Associate Degree Colleges for Social Sciences

Social Sciences is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 5th of all the majors we analyze. In 2019-2020, 205,726 degrees were awarded to students with this major. In 2017-2018, social sciences graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $34,801 and had an average of $23,466 in loans still to pay off.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 25,728 social sciences graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,082 and $17,678 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Social Sciences Schools for an Associate” ranking analyzed 41 colleges that offered a degree in social sciences. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent social sciences programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
