2022 Best Value Film Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region For Those Making $0-$30k

In 2017-2018, film, video and photographic arts graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $22,714 and had an average of $31,549 in loans still to pay off.

The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great film, video and photographic arts programs and cost less that schools of similar quality.

Out of the 7 schools in the Best Value Film Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, Central New Mexico Community College landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, this large public school awarded 15 degrees to qualified associates’s film students in 2019-2020.
CNM also made our “Best Film, Video & Photographic Arts Associate Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list, coming in at #2. The yearly cost to attend CNM is $2,604 for southwest region associate degree film students whose families make $0-$30k.
Out of the 7 schools in the Best Value Film Schools for an Associate in the Southwest Region For Those Making $0-$30k that were part of this year’s ranking, Pima Community College landed the #2 spot on the list. This fairly large school is located in Tucson, Arizona, and it awarded 23 associates’s film degrees in 2019-2020.
Pima County Community College District did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #6 on our “Best Film, Video & Photographic Arts Associate Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” list. Scottsdale Community College is located in Scottsdale, Arizona and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 44 associates’s film degrees to qualified students.

Northwest Vista College is a fairly large public school situated in San Antonio, Texas. It awarded 16 associates’s film degrees in 2019-2020.

Dallas, Texas is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The private for-profit school handed out associates’s film degrees to 2 students in 2019-2020.
