For this year’s “Best Value Fine Arts Schools for an Associate in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking, we looked at 23 colleges that offer a degree in fine and studio arts. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality fine and studio arts programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
