University of Houston tops the 2021 list of our schools in Texas that are best for non-traditional visual & performing arts students. UH is a very large public school located in the large city of Houston. UH did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our Best Colleges for Visual & Performing Arts in Texas list.
