In 2019-2020, 262 people earned their degree in publishing, making the major the 303rd most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, publishing graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $43,650 and had an average of $54,266 in loans still to pay off.

At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 57 publishing graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.

Brigham Young University - Provo is located in Provo, Utah and, has a large student population. In 2019-2020, this school awarded 19 bachelors’s publishing degrees to qualified students.

BYU did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Publishing Bachelor’s Degree Schools” list. The yearly cost to attend BYU is $8,834 for bachelor’s degree publishing students whose families make $0-$30k.
