2022 Best Value Colleges for Computer Programming in the Southwest Region (With Aid)

In 2019-2020, 10,756 people earned their degree in computer programming, making the major the 121st most popular in the United States. In 2017-2018, computer programming graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $45,886 and had an average of $26,222 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southwest region, there were 1,403 computer programming graduates with average earnings and debt of $48,867 and $29,290 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Programming Schools in the Southwest Region For Those Getting Aid” ranking looked at 16 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in computer programming. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality computer programming programs that also have a lower cost than schools of similar quality.
