Air Transportation is the 99th most popular major in the country with 8,490 degrees awarded in 2019-2020. In 2017-2018, air transportation graduates who were awarded their degree in 2015-2017, earned an average of $41,937 and had an average of $23,295 in loans still to pay off.
At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 4,848 air transportation graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.
This year’s “Best Value Air Transport Schools for a Bachelor’s For Those Making $0-$30k” ranking analyzed 55 colleges that offered a degree in air transportation. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent air transportation programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
