Out of the 1 schools in the Best Value Painting Schools for a Master’s in the Southeast Region For Those Making $30-$48k that were part of this year’s ranking, Savannah College of Art and Design landed the #1 spot on the list. Savannah, Georgia is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s painting degrees to 29 students in 2019-2020.
