Our mission at College Factual is to arm you with as much information as we can to help you make that decision. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Animal Science” ranking is one tool we have developed to help in this regard.
In 2020-2021, 7,647 people earned their degree in animal sciences, general, making the major the 106th most popular in the United States.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Texas A&M University - College Station. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Animal Science list. Texas A&M University - College Station is located in College Station, Texas and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 213 ’s animal science degrees to qualified students.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Oklahoma State University - Main Campus. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Animal Science list. Stillwater, Oklahoma is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s animal science degrees to 221 students in 2020-2021.
OSU also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, Oklahoma State University - Main Campus supports 24,535 students, and 1,038 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 439 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. University of Arizona is a large public school situated in Tucson, Arizona. It awarded 27 ’s animal science degrees in 2020-2021.
