You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Delaware Valley University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Animal Services. Located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 6 diplomas to qualified ’s animal services students in 2020-2021.
