You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Southeast Technical College. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in South Dakota for Horticulture for an Associate list. Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, this small public school handed out 18 degrees to qualified associates’s horticulture students in 2020-2021.
