You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Southeast Technical College. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in South Dakota for Horticulture list. This small school is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and it awarded 18 ’s horticulture degrees in 2020-2021.
