You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Washington State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Washington for Horticultural Science for a Doctorate list. Washington State University is a large school located in Pullman, Washington that handed out 5 doctorate’s horticultural science degrees in 2020-2021.
