Across the Plains States region, there were 713 plant sciences graduates with average earnings and debt of $42,702 and $19,293 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 472 plant sciences graduates with average earnings and debt of $41,046 and $29,021 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Plant Sciences for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 12 colleges that offered a degree in plant sciences. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent plant sciences programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

In 2020-2021, this school awarded 52 bachelors’s plant sciences degrees to qualified students.

Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this large public school handed out 29 degrees to qualified bachelors’s plant sciences students in 2020-2021.

UMN Twin Cities not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #6 on our “Best Plant Sciences Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Plains States Region” list.Our most recent data shows that 752 of the 52,017 students enrolled at UMN Twin Cities were GI Bill® students, of which 436 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
