Out of the 25 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Ecology that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Southern California landed the #1 spot on the list. USC is located in Los Angeles, California and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 9 ’s ecology degrees to qualified students.

With a ranking of #23, University of Oregon did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Ecology list. UO is a large school located in Eugene, Oregon that handed out 17 ’s ecology degrees in 2020-2021.
UO also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, University of Oregon supports 21,752 students, and 582 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 314 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $11,688. To help with additional expenses, 25 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of Hawaii at Hilo came in at #24 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Ecology ranking.
