Our most recent data shows that 314 of the 13,874 students enrolled at UMSL were GI Bill® students, of which 228 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $9,355. In addition to receiving other benefits, 2 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

Lindenwood University ranked #24 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Biology for a Bachelor’s list. Augustana University ranked #25 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Biology for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 49 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s biology students in 2020-2021.
Augustana Sioux Falls also took the #24 spot in our “Best General Biology Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Plains States Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 27 of the 2,019 students enrolled at Augustana Sioux Falls were GI Bill® students, of which 15 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,930. In addition to receiving other benefits, 5 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Augustana Sioux Falls does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
