You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Neurosciences for a Doctorate list. Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 12 degrees to qualified doctorate’s neurosciences students in 2020-2021.

UPenn did well in our major quality rankings, too.
