You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Washington State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Exercise Physiology list. Pullman, Washington is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s exercise physiology degrees to 47 students in 2020-2021.
