You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Washington State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Washington for Exercise Physiology for a Master’s list. Pullman, Washington is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s exercise physiology degrees to 25 students in 2020-2021.
