You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Northern Kentucky University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Kentucky for Exercise Physiology list. Highland Heights, Kentucky is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s exercise physiology degrees to 32 students in 2020-2021.
