In 2020-2021, 5,667 people earned their degree in business/managerial economics, making the major the 119th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, business/managerial economics graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $47,707 and had an average of $21,691 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Plains States region, there were 319 business/managerial economics graduates with average earnings and debt of $69,400 and $20,939 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Managerial Economics” ranking looked at 12 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in business/managerial economics. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent business/managerial economics programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Managerial Economics. This fairly large school is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, and it awarded 69 ’s managerial economics degrees in 2020-2021.

SLU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Saint Louis, Missouri. It awarded 32 ’s managerial economics degrees in 2020-2021.
SLU not only placed well in this ranking. University of Nebraska - Lincoln is a large school located in Lincoln, Nebraska that handed out 50 ’s managerial economics degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our plains states region vets studying managerial economics list, UNL has also earned the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] rank in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Among the 25,108 students enrolled at UNL, 690 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 344 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $6,374. During this same period, 79 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. UNL does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
