In 2019-2020, entrepreneurial studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,578 and had an average of $25,632 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Rocky Mountains region, there were 356 entrepreneurial studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,272 and $30,367 respectively.
This year’s “Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region” ranking looked at 18 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in entrepreneurial studies. To top this list, a school must have a successful entrepreneurial studies program that graduates more students in the field than other colleges that offer the same major.

LDS Business College is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Salt Lake City, Utah. It awarded 71 ’s entrepreneurship degrees in 2020-2021.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Brigham Young University - Provo. The school came in at #2 for the Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region. Brigham Young University - Provo is a large school located in Provo, Utah that handed out 43 ’s entrepreneurship degrees in 2020-2021.
With a freshman retention rate of 92%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students. The low undergrad student loan default rate of 1.3% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Utah. The school came in at #3 for the Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this large public school awarded 33 degrees to qualified ’s entrepreneurship students in 2020-2021.
The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is 1.7%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%. With a freshman retention rate of 89%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students.

The school came in at #4 for the Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region. Denver, Colorado is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s entrepreneurship degrees to 27 students in 2020-2021.
You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend College of Southern Idaho. The school came in at #5 for the Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region. College of Southern Idaho is a public institution located in Twin Falls, Idaho. The school has a medium-sized population, and it awarded 18 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.

With a ranking of #6, Utah Valley University did quite well on the 2023 Most Well Attended Entrepreneurship Major in the Rocky Mountains Region list. Utah Valley University is a public institution located in Orem, Utah. The school has a large population, and it awarded 9 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
