Veterans have lots of options to chooose from today when trying to decide which college to attend. Entrepreneurial Studies is the 120th most popular major in the country with 11,319 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, entrepreneurial studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $42,578 and had an average of $25,632 in loans still to pay off.
Across Florida, there were 2,768 entrepreneurial studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,344 and $20,451 respectively.
For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Florida for Entrepreneurship” ranking, we looked at 17 colleges that offer a degree in entrepreneurial studies. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great entrepreneurial studies programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.

This fairly large school is located in Coral Gables, Florida, and it awarded 35 ’s entrepreneurship degrees in 2020-2021.
U Miami not only placed well in this ranking. USF Tampa did well in our major quality rankings, too. Stetson University came in at #8 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in Florida for Entrepreneurship ranking. Located in DeLand, Florida, this small private not-for-profit school awarded 21 diplomas to qualified ’s entrepreneurship students in 2020-2021.
Stetson also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.According to our most recent data, Stetson University supports 4,462 students, and 48 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 34 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $18,001. To help with additional expenses, 17 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program.

NUS Florida did well in our major quality rankings, too.
