You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Western Oregon University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for General Business. Western Oregon State College is a public institution located in Monmouth, Oregon. The school has a small population, and it awarded 96 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
