General Business/Commerce is the 16th most popular major in the country with 56,042 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, general business/commerce graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $43,399 and had an average of $26,389 in loans still to pay off.
Across Ohio, there were 657 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,555 and $24,157 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 288 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $39,341 and $26,852 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Ohio for General Business for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 15 colleges that offered a degree in general business/commerce. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great general business/commerce programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
