General Business/Commerce is the 16th most popular major in the country with 56,042 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, general business/commerce graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $43,399 and had an average of $26,389 in loans still to pay off.

Across Indiana, there were 5,988 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $55,958 and $26,225 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Indiana for General Business” ranking analyzed 17 colleges that offered a degree in general business/commerce. This ranking identifies schools with high-quality general business/commerce programs as well as strong veteran support.
