University of Maryland Eastern Shore has taken the #1 spot in this year's hospitality management ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the fringe town of Princess Anne, UMES is a public college with a small student population. UMES also took the #1 spot in our Best Colleges for Hospitality Management in Maryland rankings.
